On the 25th of October, The Ferretti Group hosted Dolce Vita at Dusk, a private event organized in partnership with Hong Kong's local exclusive dealer, Starship Yachts. Guests gathered to witness the unveiling of an exclusive collaboration of the Bang & Olufsen x Riva, a suite of products designed to produce a beautiful soundscape through vessels that combine Riva's signature style, deeply rich in heritage with next-level technological innovation and fine craftsmanship. To mark the new range of sound vessels, guests enjoyed aperitivo under a starburst sunset with jazz music and a DJ set on Lamma Island, a far-flung natural wonderland in Hong Kong. Guests embarked on the iconic Riva 102 Corsaro, recently delivered in Hong Kong, and marveled at an impressive lineup of pedigree Ferretti boats with Italian canapes and drinks courtesy of the Campari Group, as well as sophisticated whiskies from Macallan, making the evening an unforgettable experience for the Ferretti community.
Beosound A5: Designed To Withstand The Test Of Time

There are two key styles of portable vessels available; the Beosound A5 Riva Collection (pictured above) and the Beosound 2 3rd Riva Collection generation (pictured below). Struer meets Sarnico in Bang & Olufsen's special edition Beosound A5 which is designed to be fit for the water. These portable vessels are intricately crafted and shrouded by pinstripe mahogany and maple. Each strand of wood is woven by Riva’s master crafters. Each aluminium piece is shaped and refined by B&O’s metalworkers.
With up to 12 hours of battery life and wireless charging built in, plus IP65 water resistance, Beosound A5 is the perfect companion to enjoy uninterrupted music on board, by the pool, or to complement any interior. This in navy blue aluminium speaker is also designed to last thanks to easy replaceability of individual parts of the speaker and new software updates over time.
At the intersection between Danish craftsmanship and Italian know-how, the Beosound A5 and Beosound 2 Riva Edition speakers deliver perfection in every wave. The locking pins on the hinges of the aluminium handle pop in aquamarine blue that have been laser etched with the Bang & Olufsen logo, creating nautical sophistication for every deck. The speaker is finished in Bang & Olufsen's historic factory in Struer, Denmark, while the wooden speaker cover is handmade by Riva's master craftsmen in Sarnico, Italy.
Beosound A5 features 360-degree sound dispersion and excellent sound quality, the speaker is also Cradle to Cradle Certified®, demonstrating a new benchmark to longevity. Bang & Olufsen's RoomSense feature adapts playback based on any space for crystal-clear immersive sound that changes the atmosphere of the space, inside or out.
Beosound 2: Conical By Sound, Conical By Design
Beosound 2 is a solid aluminium speaker and double anodised in navy blue. The precision-milling lines and the floating control wheel features were inspired by Riva's signature blue aquamarine line.
The vessel delivers a truly powerful sound performance thanks to Bang & Olufsen's Acoustic Lens Technology in the conical speaker body which creates a 360-degree sound experience. Listeners can swipe through songs with a single touch and the wheel interface allows for steering the sound in any direction.
